Woooooooowww. what a day this turned out to be ...exhchanged lot of emails with the frens from school days...that too 20 years after the school...whole day is gone exchanging the emails adding the frens to the group..it all started yesterday when one of the school frens with whom I've been in touch all through these years sent an email giving me the ids and phone numbers of two other skl frens..apparently one of them was in Canada and i called him up and got going....and today more frens are added to that email chaain and the childhood innocence came back to all of us remembering who were most studious, who got more beatings...LOL
All these frens are now well settled with different professions..these are the frens whom we can call Orye etc ...Although I've been in touch with many of the school frens, but adding to this gang some more made me haappy...can't help but think.....""""THOSE WERE THE GOLDEN DAYS OF INNOCENCE".....life is good

Starting a new Job -- HOUSE HUSBAND
LOL .....Queen left to India on a 3 week trip starting from yesterday...Me and the prince and BIL back in the house.. 2 1/2 men situation at home. Thankfully my company agreed for the vacation cum work from home ( in the mornings ) for this time period. So my new job as house husband/home maker started from today.
The Prince is still asleep and once he wakes up the hungama will begin. Get him ready, feed him breakfast, drop him school, come back, clean up, eat lunch , pick him from school, feed him, do his homework errrrrr...help with his homework, play with him, feed him and put him to sleep..above all this i've to make sure that the house is in order..told ya the Queen is very particular about having things in order and clean..gotta maintain that..I know how difficult it is for being a home maker ( for those who really want to maintain..for other easy going ppl..its not an issue at all heheheh )...
On another note..while putting him to sleep yesterday the Prince was saying to bring a Photo of his mom to keep besides her :):)..
Hope the next 3 weeks go on without any issues...........

Terrible W'er
I was helping the Prince with his Kumon sheets ( search for Kumon in internet for what it is ). He has to over ride the letter "W". He did some and then told me that he is a terrible W'er. :):):) LOL
On another note..today while he is having his bath, I told him I love him from the bottom of my heart..to which he said to me that He loves me from his head to his legs..I am blessed...

Is it that difficult???
Its been this thought has been eating my mind? I always wonder is it that difficult to keep in touch with frens after a while? can't there be at least a Hi here and there ? Can't one find just 5 min to either call or at least email?
I am not complaining....it is just that trying to talk out things. Everyone is busy with their own personal lives and I agree priorities do change as we move on in life. Is it just being busy or laziness not to call back frens...that inspite of me calling several times and there won't be any calls back to me. :):):) I've come to terms with this kind of situation though. I stopped feeling bad that some one didn't call me back. I know that v r still frens and we've the same frenship that we had a few years ago. Even if they don't call me or talk to me regularly, I know they are there. When ever I feel like talking to them I do call them, bcos I feel that we should be in touch regularly( don't ask me what regularly means here...it can differ from person to person ) hehehehe..
What ever it is....life goes on and I'll remain the same. Will do my best to KIT ( Keep In Touch )...

I will become OLD
Yesterday, when we were putting the Prince to sleep...the following conversation took place.
Queen : Bangaru, I am going to India for 3 weeks. I am going alone and you'll stay here with Nanna
The Prince : Amma, bye the time you come back I'll become OLD MAN :):):)..
LOL...and he starts imitating how and old person walks...

Prince's eating tales
Pinching myself.....the Prince, for the first time in his life ( he is just 4+ years ), ate Chicken Biryani made by the Queen...on 17th and on 18th he ate Jowar roti with mixed veggie curry...All this by the most fussiest eater i've ever seen. U can't believe that we spend about 6 - 7 hrs daily for his 3 meals...there will be lot of drama, emotions, BPs raising to the levels where it will blow up the BP machines etc etc...and thats why I am saying..too goo to be true and touchwood..this should continue...
The Queen is a wonderful cook and if the son cannot enjoooy her food, that sort of creates some depression sometimes..hopefully this year all that will change and CHANGE for GOOD...interms of his eating habits...

Happy Dussehra/Vijaya Dasami
A very Happy Vijaya Dasami to all my loved ones...its been years since v r celebrating the festival outside of India...but where ever we celebrated we made sure we had some frens visiting us that day or some sort of get together...this year we attended annaprasana function of our frens daugther and also one of my college frens visited us with her mom....I defenetely miss the festive mood that prevails in the villages though...what I miss.....
Am sure the Prince would've fun doing all that....siiigghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
PS : This year though Dussehra is celebrated on the same day ( 17th )...the day on which our elders had decided years ago that Myself and the Queen should get married....so another of those years pass by.................
- Waking up when the sun rays fall on me while sleeping outside :):):)
- Making the THORANAM with mango leaves ( kind of garland ....that we hang at each door )..
- Waiting for the pooja to be done ..most of the times there used to be no breakfast..
- Feasting on the day's specialities..THIS I SHOULD SAY I WON"T MISS..Bcos the QUEEN is an excellent cook and she does make all of those varieities..strike this off
- Weaarning new clothese ( 'coruse we do wear new clothese even now ) and going to attend a special ceremony at a special tree called SHAMI VRUKSHAM or JAMMI CHETTU ( in Telugu ). Thats the place we meet all the people in the village...
Am sure the Prince would've fun doing all that....siiigghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
